All CollectAndSave.com orders usually ship within 2-3 days and in most cases 24 hours (Note: ALL Weekend orders are processed early Monday mornings). In the event of an out of stock item or on back order your order may be delayed a few days. Orders are updated with tracking as soon as they ship. All ground orders in the USA 48 states are shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx. International orders are welcome and we offer great rates on international shipping and insurance along with special lower rates to Canada! Use our shipping calculator in the checkout to give you your cost options.

SHIPPING INFO/RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Ground shipping in the USA - Starts at $7.00 for whatever you order! All orders over $100.00 are shipped free in the USA 48 states (use freeship coupon during checkout) *excluded for large supply orders and some autographed large items (because of excessive shipping weights on these items). Just enter coupon code: freeship and hit apply in your order.

International shipping: Rates depend on weight of the item. We have separate rate tables for some but not all countries.
Alaska and Hawaii: Rates may depend on weight depending and or value of the shipment and may require additional charges.

We have great contract rates with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, so please be assured that your shipping rates will be very competitive. Please contact us for proper shipping costs if there is a question. You can also use the shipping calculator by adding the items to your shopping cart and then use the calculator at the bottom of the page to figure out shipping costs to anywhere.

Sorry, no international gift or lower value orders for insurance reasons! Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Because of shipping insurance requirement we have to insure packages over $100 for USPS and $150 for FedEx and UPS. This usually requires them shipped signature required. Please ship your order to a place where you or someone can sign for the package. Address forwarding is a $10 additional charge.

Return Policy:

We accept unopened returns within 7 days of delivery to you. Please call or email for proper return information. If over 7 days email us and we will see what we can do to help. Returns for reasons that are not our fault or issue are subject to shipping and restocking fees paid by the customer. Special order items, Pre-orders, and large case orders may not be returned. Often we can replace an item by shipping you out a new replacement with return postage for the old item. If returned for a reason that is our fault we will refund the full price plus all the shipping costs both ways.
